Education Advocacy &
Re-engagement Services

Education Engagement Hubs A safe and supportive space on most school days to help students focus on academics while managing challenges that lead to absences, suspensions, or leaving school before graduating.

Education Advocacy
Education Advocates assist middle & high school students to set goals, access academic services needed to graduate, navigate juvenile justice, and develop social-emotional skills.

Academic Support Services
We offer academic support tutoring sessions to help learners maintain and build essential skills for school and beyond.

Youth Wellness & Leadership Programs

Community Wellness Academy
After-school experience focused on wellness, learning, leadership, and service in the Louisville community.

Family & Caregiver Services

Family School Success Meetings
In these facilitated meetings, The Book Works team works with youth and adult caregivers to explore the root causes of school avoidance or behavior challenges and develop a plan for success in school.
